Bubbles & Brews Mobile Bartending, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries and coordinate mobile bartending services. This policy covers our website, inquiry form, and related communications.

1. Information you provide

Our inquiry form requests your name, phone number, email address, event type, proposed event date, venue city or ZIP code, estimated guest count, and confirmation that you are at least 21 and agree to the website terms. You may also provide a venue name, additional details, and an optional answer about how you heard about us. We receive information you choose to share in subsequent calls, emails, or texts.

Please provide only information relevant to planning your event. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, health information, or other sensitive personal information. This website does not accept payments or create customer accounts.

2. How we use information

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and services, prepare a quote or custom agreement, and coordinate your event. We also use information as necessary to protect our services, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Dawn handles the inquiry inbox. We do not use inquiries to send newsletters or promotional messages. We may use your optional answer about how you heard about us and your event location to understand which sources lead to local inquiries and bookings. We may keep aggregate counts that do not identify you; the inquiry retention periods below still apply to your personal information.

3. Service providers and event coordination

Our form is processed by Formspree. Our business email uses Google Workspace. These providers process and store information needed to deliver their services. Website hosting and security providers, including the OpenAI Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure, also process technical requests to deliver and protect the site.

When needed to arrange your event, Dawn shares relevant names, contact information, and event details with participating bartenders, venues, and vendors. We limit this sharing to what is needed for coordination. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with other businesses for their marketing or targeted advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate misuse, or address security issues. Providers and event partners may have their own privacy obligations and retention requirements. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

4. Technical information, cookies, and tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing tracking on this website. Our own website code does not set cookies or use browser local storage. Hosting and security services may still process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security logs.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Our hosting infrastructure can set Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish automated traffic from visitors and protect the site. Cloudflare states that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is a security function, not advertising tracking. Read Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Formspree receives submitted details and may process technical information for delivery, spam prevention, and security. Following links to other websites may result in cookies or collection under those websites’ policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking security cookies may affect site or form access.

We do not currently offer optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent controls required before using them.

5. How long we keep information

For inquiries that do not result in a booking, we delete the inquiry from our inbox, Formspree, and other saved copies under our control 30 days after the last inquiry-related communication. Limited information may be retained longer when required by law or necessary for an existing dispute or legal obligation.

If you book, relevant information becomes part of your event records. We retain those records as needed to provide the service and meet accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations. The 30-day unbooked-inquiry period does not apply to booked-event records.

Provider-managed backups and security logs may remain for their own retention periods and are not necessarily erased when we delete an active inquiry. Event partners may retain records they need for their services or legal obligations.

6. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form, although we need contact and event details to respond meaningfully. You may contact Dawn to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop inquiry follow-up. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any legal reason we must retain information.

Email Dawn@bubblesandbrewsmb.com for privacy requests. Do not send identification documents unless we specifically arrange a suitable way to verify your request.

7. Age requirement

Our inquiry form is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect inquiry information from people under 21. If you believe someone under 21 submitted personal information, contact Dawn so we can review and delete it as appropriate. This policy does not set guest-admission rules for an event.

8. Security and policy updates

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid including sensitive information in your inquiry. We may update this policy as our practices change; the effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
